Absolutely loved this hotel! Loved that it had a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym! Coffee is served all day, vending machines offered on each floor, same with ice, a cantine area as well as a nice dining area for breakfast. I will definitely make this place my go to whenever going to Bonnyville.

We booked this as my daughter had an appointment at the hospital - it was dingy and rough - smelt like cigarettes. Floor height window was wide open, no screen, no lock, loose hinge and I had a crawling age baby at the time - made me so nervous

Family stay - At first glance the room was clean. Stained facecloths, blood on the blanket for the pullout couch. No towels in the pool & the bottom of the pool was dirty all you could feel was dirt on your feet. Called down for more towels for our room because there was only 2 after coming up wet from the pool & was told no one could bring them up that we had to go down to get them which whatever I went down & were only given small pool towels because it was all they had clean.
