I loved how everything you could possibly need was easily available to guests. The pool was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. Will be back again soon.

Cleanliness of the hotel was okay. The weather was very snowy and with the tracking in of mud, salt and snow, I imagine it would take a lot to keep the lobby clean. The front desk staff was not very friendly. It was only upon checkin was the front desk attendant friendly. All encounters with them thereafter were not that friendly. After my 2nd night I asked to have my room serviced. She told me they only service every 3 nights but I told her I would be checking out the next day. All I wanted was my trash cans emptied, some more toilet paper and my beds made. She said okay and would put in a ticket to housekeeping. We returned at 8pm and the room was not serviced at all. The only good encounter were the two gentlemen working so hard to make breakfast for a busy hotel. They were so friendly and reassuring that more food was coming out. Overall, I probably will not stay here again. It was definitely an older and more run-down hotel and other surrounding hotels seem newer.
