This was the second time we stayed at that property. It is just beautiful and so well maintained! If you are looking for a quiet retreat in the mountains with a homely feel, this one is for you!

Wonderful apartment with everything one could possibly need. Very nice and helpful owners! The chickens on site with fresh eggs in the morning are a huge plus!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Mountain Retreat was a little piece of paradise. Very well appointed ground floor fully furnished apartment. Host family upstairs and very helpful. Minutes away from Boone and Blowing Rock, NC. Great value for the money.
