Unique ocean front home located on Mill Cove, a picturesque and active setting with panoramic southerly ocean views with sunrises and sunsets. SUN ALL DAY. A 3 minute walk gets you to the heart of Boothbay Harbor for shopping, dining, boat rides, and entertainment. No need to worry about parking.
This cove is tidal and has 6-8 feet of water at high tide and is a natural habitat for waterfowl, Striped Bass and Mackerel.
The back yard features beautiful gardens and a sitting/dining area right at the water's edge under a large pergola covered with wisteria and grapevine. Relax in one of our many Adirondack chairs on the waters edge. Enjoy the fire pit while roasting S'mores and watching the sunset on the cove.
