All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is centred in station 1, making it easy to travel to/from places. Great buffet breakfast! Good drinks. Will definitely be returning next time I visit boracay.

Highly recommend. My family and I stayed at Henann Prime and were blown away by the staffs attentiveness and hospitality. Beds were very comfy, rooms are clean and all communal areas maintained well. Given the roads in the Philippines can be chaotic, the day time security guards always made sure we were able to safely cross and if needed, hailed down a tricycle for us. Buffet breakfast was delicious. As a Filipino living abroad, the Filipino cuisine was authentic and well cooked. Also many continental options. All of the staff are so welcoming and professional. Especially Rose, from the restaurant. Every morning at breakfast she welcomed my family and I with a smile and was able to connect with all of our diverse age groups. She even remembered our last day, and bid us a safe farewell.

Although we were very disappointed in the beginning because we were placed at the back building, not in the beachfront ( website was misleading)…. Our emotions changed after meeting the staff. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They were so respectful. I lost one pair of my earrings and the entire staff/ management helped us looked for it. Their gestures were so touching. It gave me a sense of comfort even my heart was aching. The food was good and had very nice presentations. I am recommending Hennan Prime.

Superb hotel from start to finish. Nothing negative to say! The food and service was excellent - we were surprised at how tasty the food was. Everything was well priced given this was a 5-star hotel, the facilities and location were fantastic right on the beach and the rooms super cost and comfortable. Staff went out of there way everyday. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation to stay again!

It was great! However it would be nice if there were more Sun chairs ! The property has very little on the beach for the number of guests! Some guests get into disagreements despite it being first come first serve! Should not be up to staff to solve those disagreements

The best hotel to stay at, even though I hadn’t seen it before. It was also my first time visiting Boracay, and the trip was an amazing, mesmerizing experience. I would love to come back and stay at the same hotel. The cleanliness, hospitality, and friendly staff were impressive. The tuktuk ride was absolutely my favorite, and everything was so convenient.
