Also enjoy its proximity to the motorway (A63 access in 15 mins by car from the accommodation) to admire the beauty of the Arcachon basin, enjoy the ocean beaches or visit the vineyards of Bordeaux.
You are also in 5 minutes on the university area of Talence.
