Located in Eysines, less than 9 kilometers from the city center of Bordeaux and at the gateway to the Médoc vineyards, La Havana welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. This single-story house enjoys a peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood. You'll appreciate this ideal location for discovering the many treasures of our department: you can easily reach Bordeaux city center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007, with a tram connection less than 500 meters away; the Médoc Châteaux route begins just a few kilometers away and invites you to discover its prestigious appellations. Our house is located on a fully enclosed plot with a large ornamental garden and a beautiful, private terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. It consists of a beautiful living room with entrance, equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, fireplace insert of a very bright veranda, three bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed, one of which has its own small private bathroom, a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.
