Maison sympa et cosy, idéal pour une location courte durée. Elle est bien située à Bordeaux et le garage est un très gros plus, d'autant qu'il est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes et décharger tranquillement les valises. La terrasse est super également pour les apéro l'été. Globalement propre, les lits sont très confortables, le linge de lit et les serviettes mises à dispo niquel. Je mets que 4 étoiles et pas 5 pour quelques détails : nous avons constaté plusieurs dysfonctionnements pendant notre séjour. La chaudière fuient, le lavabo de la salle de bains est bouché, les toilettes fuient, le canapé en cuir est très sale ainsi que la housse du clic clac. Je ne suis pas très regardante en général s'il y a 2 ou 3 bricoles qui ne tournent pas rond mais là ça faisait beaucoup. À part ces observations qui peuvent facilement rentrer dans l'ordre, ça reste une bonne location et un bon rapport qualité prix. Dernière chose un peu dommage, j'avais envoyé un message au propriétaire 15 jours avant en posant une question et je n'ai jamais eu de retour.
