Lovely apartment, central location and very helpful, communicative host. Only minor issue is the location on the 3rd floor whixh could make it difficult for older guests or people with restricted mobility.

Fantastic apartment with comfortable bed and sofa bed, well appointed and clean. Situated in a renovated building. Friendly, responsive host. Shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to central areas of Bordeaux, on foot and by tram. Close to the Marché des Capucins (great spot for a coffee and croissant at weekends!). The surrounding area however made us feel uneasy, with gathering of groups of men in the evenings and very dirty streets. Overall a good experience.

We had a wonderful week in Bordeaux and Jeanne’s apartment was a great place to stay throughout. The location is fantastic ~ just a short walk from the city centre, making it really easy to get around and explore. The place itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described; the air conditioning was also such a lifesaver! One note is that it is on the top floor so getting luggage up the stairs may be difficult and long, but the views from the windows at the top floor made it worth it. As two female travellers, we also felt very safe and secure in the apartment, which is always reassuring. Jeanne was a considerate and communicative host throughout. We’d happily stay here again! Merci Jeanne! ☺️
