Located in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, in the town of Margaux, approximately 40 kilometers from Bordeaux and the ocean, our "Clair Matin" gîte welcomes you for a stay in our beautiful region. This completely independent house sits on a large, fully enclosed plot, offering a garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a parking area equipped with an electric vehicle charging point (charged according to meter reading). Situated in a residential area, just one kilometer from the town center, you will benefit from the proximity of various shops and services, as well as transport links, such as the train station (TER line) and a nearby bus line. Arranged over two levels, the gîte comfortably accommodates 10 people. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with a television and games table, a shower room with a large shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (two with 160x200 cm beds and one with a 140x190 cm bed) and a dormitory with four 90x200 cm beds, the latter having a French door opening directly onto an external staircase. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this floor. The living areas and bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Pets are welcome for an additional fee per stay and per pet. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day (billed based on meter reading) and heating are not included. You also have the option of renting bed linen and towels and taking advantage of end-of-stay cleaning services (optional services at an additional cost). The exterior landscaping is currently being finalized.
