Was a bit disappointed after all the rave reviews. The unit was adequate but I wouldn't say it was amazing. Pros: new carpet, comfortable beds & pillows, newish kitchen & bathrooms, decent location. Cons: while the unit seemed pretty clean, it wasn't deep cleaned - fans were incredibly dusty, lots of dust in other non-obvious places. Our family member with dust allergies had a significant reaction to the dust. There were no mattress pads under the sheets on the beds which was weird. There were no bathmats & they weren't very generous with towels, so we had to use precious towel real estate as bath mats. I raised both issues to the property managers who said they would send someone with additional linens. No one ever came. The electric kettle had junk on the inside and was unusable. I raised this to the property manager and they said they would order a new one. No kettle ever arrived. So while the place was fine, it wasn't good and certainly not 5 stars like previous listings gave it. Also, the wifi instructions were wrong. We were able to figure it out, but the listing agent insisted the wrong password was the right one. We eventually found the right password on the router itself. There was no laundry detergent or kitchen rolls or shower gel or any amenities like that. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were 3 bowls (lots of plates & glasses but only 3 bows?) & you really wouldn't be able to cook much of a dinner there if you wanted to.
