The summer house accommodates the whole family with three spacious bedrooms and eight sleeping spaces. The modern design from 2016 provides a bright and welcoming base for your vacation. Living room with sofa and two armchairs.



The southwest-facing covered terrace is perfect for relaxing evenings, while the large garden invites play and activity with a trampoline, play equipment, and, in summer, a petanque court and volleyball net.



Only 300 meters away, you’ll find a child-friendly beach. Here, the whole family can enjoy calm waters, sand, and sunshine in scenic surroundings.



The area is quiet and safe, located on a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Ideal for children and relaxation away from city stress.



Within just a 5-10 minute drive, you can reach Madsbyparken (free) in Fredericia and Fredericia's swimming pool and water park. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Garten ist super für Kinder.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Garten ist super für Kinder. Ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es jedoch, zum einen sind jegliche Schränke und Regal voll mit Sachen, Decken und sonstigen Sachen sodass man selbst wenig Stauraum hat. Zum anderen gibt es nur einen sehr kleinen Wasserboiler, also warm duschen geht maximal für zwei Personen hintereinander und das auch schnell. Desweiteren war der Rasen sehr lange nicht gemäht worden, sodass die Kinder diesen nicht wirklich nutzen konnten, am Ende haben wir Ihn selber gemäht. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe und Zuwendung und es könnte ein Traum Haus werden. Ab nächsten Jahr hat man sogar direkt ein Eiscafé als Nachbar, dies wird grade gebaut.
