Bright, spacious, completely renovated apartment for 4 people, close to the center

The modern, spacious apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2016.

All rooms are equipped with designer floors in parquet look and are therefore ideal for allergy sufferers. The living room and balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor offer a wonderful view of the old and new lighthouse with south-west orientation. The completely new facility invites you to relax with a cozy living area. The new fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, including all the necessary kitchen appliances. The kitchen leads directly to the dining area, which offers space for up to 6 people to eat or for a relaxing game night. The two bright bedrooms are accessible from the hallway. Bedroom I has a double bed with a large wardrobe, bedroom II has two single beds. The bathroom offers plenty of space with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. The apartment is located in a well-kept complex, which has ample parking, playground, lounges and storage space for bicycles etc. The beach and the center can be easily reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes, the bakery is only 50m from the accommodation. Since the owners themselves are allergy sufferers, attention was paid to allergy-friendly materials throughout the apartment.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Für Familien gibt es im Keller einen Spielraum, der sich bei schlechtem Wetter gut eignet.

Topp Ferienunterkunft die ich letztlich alleine aufsuchen musste. (Krankheitsfall)Es war alles optimal eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles schnell auf Borkum zu erreichen. Beim Umfeld musste ich auf Grund der hohen Bauten kleine Abstriche machen. Alles in allem aber toller Aufenthalt.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, gut aufgeteilt, blitzeblank und alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. 10 min vom Zentrum entfernt und befindet sich im 4. Stock. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick über eine riesengroße Pferdewiese und in der Ferne kann man die City und die Leuchttürme sehen. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick

Hier stimmte wirklich alles: eine sehr schöne Wohnung in für uns perfekter Lage mit weitem Blick über die Pferdekoppel. Sehr geräumig mit top Ausstattung. Sehr freundlich und hilfreich war auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne und hoffentlich wieder.

schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Juli auf Borkum. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Es war alles sauber und vorhanden,was benötigt wird. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen einzigartigen Blick auf alle drei Leuchttürme und kann tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Wiesen mit den Pferden direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite waren für die Kinder ein Highlight. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel

Wir haben diese Wohnung nach 2022 bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht, um den Jahreswechsel auf Borkum zu verbringen. Als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern ist die Wohnung ideal: Sie hat alles, was man braucht, hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, ist so geräumig, dass man sich nicht ständig auf die Füße tritt und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mehrfach selbst gekocht, waren häufig am Strand und im Schwimmbad und haben viel gespielt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr gerne empfehlen. Die einzige Einschränkung: Menschen mit Handicap beim Gehen würden wegen der Stufen in den dritten Stock wohl eher nicht glücklich.

Aussicht phänomenal- Wohnung toll!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Was man auf dem Foto nicht sieht: Der Ausblick dürfte in der ganzen näheren und weiteren Umgebung einzigartig sein... direkt auf die PFerdeweiden und den Leuchtturm, gänzlich unverbaut. Die Wohnung war wertig ausgerüstet, wir haben auch sehr geschätzt, dass einiges an Spielen wie Backgammon o.ä. vorhanden war. Wichtig wegen des LEuchtturms: Schlafzimmer lassen sich komplett abdunkeln. Einziges kleines Manko das schon erwähnte nicht Ablaufen vom Wasser auf dem Balkon bei Regen. So konnten wir ihn erst etwas später nutzen, als das Wasser verdunstet war. Sonst top Wohnung mit guter Zimmeraufteilung, gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber und schön hell mit Aussicht auf die Pferdewiese. Sehr zentrumsnah. Zusätzliches wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeutel mussten wir nachkaufen, da etwas wenig vorhanden.

Tolle Wohnung

Hell, großzügig, voll ausgestattet, tolle Raumaufteilung, dunkele Kinderschlafzimmer, Bäcker 100 m entfernt. Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir können diese 100% weiterempfehlen.
