The "Derk" apartment, approximately 60 sqm in size and located on the first floor, is designed for 4 people and is ideal for families with children. Two separate bedrooms, each with two 100x200 cm beds that can be put together or separated. A beautiful living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and two dining rooms furnished with antique furniture. The entire apartment is very comfortably furnished and offers the highest level of comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, combo refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. The bathroom has a shower with a glass door, a designer sink, and a toilet.
