Contactless check-in has pandemic vibes with closed front office echoing that. The room was very pleasant but needs moldy silicone around tub replaced and dust on the door considered. Soap dispensers were clogged and I'd rather have a bar of soap, personally. Not looking for $17 bag of coffee in room. Bed makes noise when partner gets in or out. Just the way it is...

I paid for the room threw Expedia. The day of I got a call asking for a card for incidentes and to send me my room code and a information email about the property. I had a hold and then got charged over again for my 2 days THAT I ALREADY PAID THREW EXPEDIA. it has beed days and expedia has yet to get my money back. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED . EVERYONE WHO HAS STAIED AND PAIED UPFRONT THREW A TRAVLE SITE NEEDS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED.

As a frequent and loyal guest, I’ve always appreciated the comfort and amenities your property offers—especially the warm and inviting swimming pool, which has consistently been a highlight of our visits. However, during our most recent stay, we were disappointed to find the pool unattended and the water noticeably cold. Unfortunately, this prevented us from enjoying one of the main features we look forward to when booking with you. We understand that occasional issues may arise, but we wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed for future guests. Charming and peaceful! Plenty of spaces around the property to sit and enjoy the desert scenery. The room was clean and we loved the private patio. The continental breakfast delivered to the room was a lovely touch. There’s a shared space with a fireplace and you can get hot tea and coffee all day. Great place to stay in Borrego Valley!
