The home is professionally cleaned and pest-treated, but nature is part of the experience.

The home is on a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other items.

Summer temperatures regularly exceed 100°F, so we ask guests to keep doors closed while the A/C is running. EV charging is available with advance notice and a small fee.

We welcome well-behaved pets! The backyard is fully fenced, but we recommend supervising pets due to local wildlife.

We had an amazing experience at this property. The host was communicative and super accommodating. The house was perfect for our whole family. And the kids especially loved the theater room. The yard was a huge hit for our dogs as well. Would definitely return next time we visit the desert.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2026
