Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property during the stay.

Damages
All existing damage must be reported at check-in. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.

Deposit Use
In the event of damage, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Additional charges may apply.

Zero Tolerance for Police Visits
Any visit from law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
