In the charming neighborhood of Charlestown, within walking distance to the T, MGH, the North End, and Navy Yard/Freedom Trail, you are close to everything you could need for a true Boston experience. Also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shops and shopping, it’s a great location if you don’t have a car. The house is directly adjacent to a playground, park, basketball court and street hockey court and a 5 minute walk to a public pool, and is perfect for families with children or people who need a short term residence in Boston for the summer.
The house itself is comfortable and well appointed with plenty of space and two full baths. A roof deck and patio with grill add spaces to enjoy New England summer nights al fresco.
