Average hotel that could be a lot better with a little bit of work. Staff were nice and friendly. The carpet felt like it needed a clean and the chair had gross stains and should be simply be replaced. Also some newer sheets would be a good idea. Not the Hotels fault but when I turned the TV on the previous guest had turned the volume up to MAX!!! What clown does that!! At least there was no alarm clock set to 2am like another Hotel we stayed at.

The area is not bad if you have a car. The rooms smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The personnel is terrible. We waited half an hour for the receptionist to come to the front desk to be able to do the check-in, almost the same for the check-out. Breakfast is till 8:30, but they start taking everything away at 8:00!!! Why?

This hotel has been on our to-stay list for years and it rarely disappoints, This time we were in need of emergency medical service and that went perfectly smoothly. Clean, comfortable, a little dated in its room style, but usually without any issues. When I have had issues, they have always been settled to my satisfaction.

This hotel was a great value. The only thing that would have been better was if the pool was open. Looks like we were a day shy of that happening as the staff said it was getting tested to re-open the following day. Next time!

The Bedford Plaza Hotel is affordable and delivers way beyond that. It looks atypical of most reasonable places to stay for a night, but the Bedford Plaza is a stalwart and nice facility with its rooms, staff, available parking and distinctive interior.

Bed and room comfortable. Outdated property.Limited breakfast option. But within walking distance of a McDonalds. Hidden fees like an "extension fee" when staying longer and extending your booking. Fee is not mentioned online or posted anywhere on the property. I feel this is not honest...thry did not honor my request, instead .ade no apology or explanation. Front desk demanded i go pay the extra fee even thiugh my additional night was already paid.
