I respect the fact that the hotel gave the staff that operates their room service Christmas eve and Christmas day off. What I don't respect in not sharing the fact there was no room service available to guests as we checked in. From most hotels this oversight might be expected, not from this hotel. The entire hotel and offerings were top notch other than the fact one of main reasons we chose Bottleworks was their great room service. Merry Christmas, get up honey and lets go find an open restaurant.
