5-bedroom, 2 full bath house, 7 mi to Boston/airport, 1000 FT to bus and train and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Luxury appointments, upscale furniture, hotel bedding, "5-star kitchen" per a famous chef who stayed, AC/heat (mini-splits) in all rooms, fenced in yard, and 3-car driveway.

The City of Melrose was the #1 real estate market in the U.S. in 2015 and #4 in 2020 (search "hottest zip code melrose ma 2015"). It receives praise from visitors due to its quaint downtown within walking distance, restaurants and a Whole Foods supermarket.

*1st Floor: Large, open-concept, "5-star kitchen," (includes paper towel roll, dish cloths, new sponge and food staples, e.g. cooking oil, spices, sugar, coffee, etc.); dining room; full bath; and foyer. Large 20x20 deck off of the kitchen with gas grill.

*2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 1 full), washer & dryer, and full bath.

*3rd Floor: Finished attic bedroom with queen bed.

*Basement: Large finished room.

The driveway holds 3 cars, but the 3rd spot is tight. There is no on-street parking overnight.

Check in is 3:30 pm or later and check out is by 11 am, but I can accommodate early arrivals or late departures depending on other guests' timing. Please contact me to coordinate about 2 weeks prior.

Please tell me about your group, pets and the reason you're visiting when inquiring or booking. Someone in the group must be at least 35-years old, but I make exceptions. Parties will result in immediate eviction, no refund for the remaining days, and a charge for any cleaning beyond the normal cleaning fee.

Boston Marathon guests must arrive on at least the Friday of the weekend prior.
