The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect and the suite worked perfectly for my 2 girlfriends and me with the kitchen and a sofa bed. I would say that people who have mobility issues could have a difficult time with the stairs. One small problem we had was with the electricity in the room.
