This was a super disappointing stay. Our room was on the first floor, right above a club that played music until 2 AM. There was peeling wallpaper, hair on the bathroom floor, and only one towel for 2 people. It looks like a really old, run down hotel got a very superficial renovation. Way overpriced. Also, someone knocked on our door this morning to remind us to check out in 45 minutes? Really, really strange experience.

Although the Copley Square Hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was pleasant, the hotel needs updating. The carpet is worn, and there's a musty smell throughout. If you have allergies, I recommend staying at a different property.

It’s a 7 minute walk from the free bus stop from the airport. It’s conveniently located to everything, staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

The service was not great. The people at the front desk would not even look up from their phone to great you. When we called for the car the valet had not gone to get it until we arrived making us wait even when we gave the 15 minutes we were told that it would take. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the area is in a great location. I would not stay there again but I didn’t hate it either. You get what you pay for.

Unfortunate lack of towels provided in our room realized in am to call for but promptly resolved. Also found tnis room inadequate in having storage for clothes and personal belongings. We arrived at 1:00am and were greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk. She had our cards ready to go and showed us all of the different food options and tour options in the area. Every employee greeted us and went out of their way to help us with any thing that we needed. The room was always clean and had personality to it, we loved the history behind the building. We would highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 Stars

This hotel needs some love/face lift. Though the restaurant inside isn’t part of the hotel, the food and service is mediocre at best. I think it’s the first time I haven’t been offered a glass of water or even asked if I care yo drink anything. Super bright lights. The halls are bright dark green, not smooth walls. The furniture inside the room kinda odd (the ‘closer’/dresser).

Dirty and small

My room was not cleaned, there were multiple hairs in the bathtub as well as on the toilet seat. I had to tell the concierge that there was blood on the duvet cover and ask them to change it. They did not put a new duvet cover on the bed, but instead placed The duvet cover next to the bedspread in hopes that I would place it on the bed. Additionally, the towels in the bathroom were worn to the point where they would tear after using.
