Shuttle service had cut off time. After booking, was notified that transportation ended was 11pm, no exceptions. Due to delayed flight, had to get taxi to hotel. Went down about half an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end and many items that were already done was not replenished so there was barely any option. Front desk staff and check in and check out was friendly.

The property was clean and safe. It was easy to get into from the airport, but it is away from most sites. On the flip side, the staff is unfriendly, and they do not tell you they charge $30 a night for parking in an open lot without security until you arrive. There are no amenities, and no dining options in the hotel or surrounding area, and they water down the toiletries. The shower leaked, the wallpaper was peeling, and there wasn't even a chair for the desk. The room was much smaller than shown so it was a little uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is nicely kept and the staff were very nice. It is a bit noisy due to high traffic area. Also the parking is not the best, gets full fast. Room was clean, the lighting wasn't too great only one overhead light in the corner had tot turn on all lamps in the room. The bed mattress and pillows could be better. Bathroom was nice and clean, handle to turn on water was hard and the covering plate was loose. Loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options.
