Absolutely killer location! Short walk to train and bus station to get into downtown. Also close to freeway for a quick road trip up to Salem. Breakfast was great and they made sure to keep it stocked all morning for breakfast time. 10/10 would return and recommend.

Surprice parking charge!

The staff was great. The room was above average; but, admittedly, the layout was odd and not the most utilitarian. The "bathroom" sink was outside of the bathroom with zero privacy. Overall the hotel, amenities, and staff were above average; HOWEVER, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to learn - AFTER I'D ALREADY MADE THE BOOKING - that there would be a $35 per night PARKING FEE. This charge should have been listed in the price - the price I CHOSE AND PREPAID based on the LISTED PRICE in Hotels.com. The fact that this fee was sprung on my at the time of my arrival DID NOT SIT WELL WITH ME. If I paid an agreed upon price, I should have been charged the agreed upon price ONLY, and not have been subjected to a SURPRISE FEE as it should be ASSUMED that we would have a vehicle and the price should have been INCLUDED in the price I paid PRIOR to our arrival. I am not happy with Hilton and I am even more upset with you, Hotels.com.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Parking is reasonable and easy. Location is pretty good. Convenient to use public transportation. There is some noise from the highway right outside. My only complaint is they didn’t empty our trash on the 2nd day housekeeping visit and skipped servicing our 2nd room even though it had the “maid service please” door hanger out. Overall we had a great stay!
