The room was clean and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The staff were professional and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the sound insulation was terrible. We were staying with a child and the noise from the two neighboring rooms - loud laughter and talking until 1 AM, felt like it was happening inside our room. It made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, the shower was extremely loud and made unpleasant, disturbing noises while in use.
