- The property requires a damage deposit of $75/day/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- A mandatory resort fee of $26/night/unit plus tax will be collected upon arrival. The resort fee includes fitness center access, Wi-Fi, 2 in-room bottled waters, in-room coffee & tea, $10 daily food & nonalcoholic beverage credit, free local calls, indoor pool. Please note that the resort fee is not included in the daily rate.
