The space was immaculate, comfortable and the host was very communicative. We had expected a wholly private home however the house proper was occupied and I think the rental space we were in was kind of a finished basement also in use as there were many personal effects in drawers we looked in searching for toilet paper and paper towels which we wound up buying. We admittedly did not reach the host about those items. There were also socks in the bedding that we hoped had just gotten caught in the laundry and all in all It simply felt more like staying in someone’s spare room than a privately operated rental which is what we expected. But it’s an adorable welcoming space with amazing outdoor spaces as well. I don’t know if it was my misunderstanding but it might be made clearer that other people are on the premises. The neighborhood was cute and not far from things to do and in the warmer weather I imagine the pool is glorious. We weren’t sure if we could use the Hot tub after quiet hours and didn’t see instructions for its use although we didn’t look very hard. More specific written instructions onsite regarding the hot tub would be useful as we very much appreciated the instructions to the tv. I’d lastly recommend another sleeping space. The bed slept 2 comfortably and the other space seemed to be 2 chairs that folded down into a sort of cot, but was too small for an adult. We wish the hosts the best of luck in their future rentals.
