Very cute and cozy apartment. Was nice and toasty during some super cold weather. There was some pet hair left on the bed and blankets, so if you have allergies, be careful.

Great condo with special touches!

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful condo while visiting Salem and Gloucester. It was in a great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The train station was within walking distance as well. They had so many special touches from Halloween decor, beverages, snacks, coffee, condiments, toiletries and tourist magazines. Matt was great with communication and really made us feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Very short drive to Salem (8 minutes) and 25 minute drive to Gloucester.

Owner was responsive and helpful and did not expect or ask much for check in or check out. Apartment was cute, clean and had all the necessities. Easy drive to Salem and surrounding areas. Parking a little tight but still good. Would easily stay again

Convenient location to downtown and restaurants

This apartment had everything I needed and communication with the owner was prompt, and he was considerate. It was a bit nosier than I expected the first two nights, which could have been by coincidence but figured it was because I was close to the restaurants. However, I found an app that created white noise which worked well for the last two nights.

Best VRBO experience!!

The owner’s communication was excellent. From sending a thank you/welcome message as soon as I booked to sending prompt and detailed check-in and parking information with easy to follow photo reference. The place was clean and had thoughtful extras like treats, extra washcloths, shampoo, and makeup wipes. Easy drive over to Salem and lots of restaurants close by to the rental. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience!

Cute, quaint & convenient

Reserved for the parents' bi-annual visit north. This cute one bedroom was walking distance from my home and walkable to offerings on both Rantoul and Cabot street...and of course the beach. Upon walking, the decor was in point! Beverly is a voastal town and boy did it not disappoint. Decor splashes of coastal living without it being overwhelming. The whole place was very clean and inviting. Parents would like to stay in the same place on their next trip.
