Family-friendly. It's a bit further away from downtown Boston, but it’s affordable, with restaurants around the area. It's a quiet area, and there is free parking. Pretty good breakfast to start your day.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Easy check in, friendly and hard working staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, safe and clean and QUIET! It was a great stay. I came for one night to see a show in Boston by myself and I wanted to be able to drive in, so this was a great option for me! Parking was easy and free and well lit at night when I arrived back at 1:30 AM. Because the parking lot is shared with a mall lot, there was a security vehicle driving through the area as well. Big plus for a young woman traveling alone! The hotel is beautiful on the inside and well appointed. You could tell they thought of everything, including extra blankets and linens in the closet, which is a nice touch because I love being cozy at night! They could use better signage because when driving by, it took me a moment to realize where the hotel was. My only annoyance was that the pool and hot tub were under renovation. As it turned out, I didn’t have time to swim because I got delayed coming in, but I did pack a swimsuit and it would have been nice to have known in advance that the hotel and hot tub were unavailable to guests when I booked the hotel. Either way, I still give this place a 5 star review!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel, clean, perfect location right across from the mall and restaurants. Check-in was quick & easy, our room was clean & spacious - perfect for my family of 4. The pool area was nice and heated - we used it for a night swim. One of the elevators was out of service, but with only 1 working, we never had to wait very long. Breakfast was nice, I ideally would’ve liked a few more options, but I’m not complaining. Would definitely stay here again!
