This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view. Conveniently located near highways, between Boston and Cape Cod, easy drive to Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway and Xfinity Center, our home is surrounded by many local amenities.

We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay.

Considerations -
This home is in the lower unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with a couple steps. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a full set of stairs by the parking spaces.
The unit above is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it!

Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, but there are many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house and Roger. Before we even got the house booked, Roger was extremely helpful in answering questions and trying to accommodate our group. Once we got there, check-in was a breeze because of Roger's communication. Everything was exactly how the pictures showed and the description depicted. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved all the seating to accommodate our large group as well. The location was extremely convenient to the city and airport. I would recommend this house to everyone! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!

He was incredibly accommodating with our unexpected travel changes and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in for our varying arrival times. The house is very nice, clean and the location is virtually 1 min from downtown Braintree. We stayed for 5 nights. The house had 4 well sized rooms, a large kitchen and sitting rooms. As mentioned, shopping, eateries were all walking distance.
