We were looking for a place that would sleep up to 7 people comfortably. This apartment had ample space for us all. It has 3 large bedrooms, a large sofa and a good quality queen blow mattress which was very comfortable. I was very nervous that it wouldn’t look as good as the pictures posted but it was exactly as shown. It was such a relief. The overall consensus from my family was that it was a great find. We were on the third floor so there are a few steps to climb. The entry is a little dark due to the wood finishes but the apartment is light and bright. It is also air conditioned which due to the weather was appreciated. There is a grocery store, Panera Breads and fast food options in Plaza just a short walk up the street. Bus stop outside door or we walked 15 minutes to the Train. Our host, Helen, was responsive answering my questions, making sure to let me know that she wanted us to be comfortable during our stay. This was our first trip to Boston and I doubt it will be our last. We look forward to booking here again.

Overall, great stay! The place seems newly renovated and includes a coffee and game room. There is no central AC but there are individual AC units in each of the rooms. Location is pretty quiet and bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of street parking in the neighborhood as well. One point that was not noted in the listing is that this is the third floor of a 3 unit building (assuming the 2nd floor is another similar VRBO), and you need to climb up steep wooden stairs to access it. This was fine for our group, but might not be accessible for individuals with disabilities. There is also 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms, so larger groups may need to coordinate. The bathroom included amenities like q-tips, makeup remover, etc., which was nice. The host was very responsive throughout the process and we had no major issues.
