Boston Marathon

Excellent breakfast. Full size kitchen. Free shuttle to and from the airport. 30 seconds from a bus to the airport or connection directly into Boston. Nothing around the hotel so you do need to travel into Boston for food or groceries.

Very comfortable and good value hotel. There is a bus station opposite which will get you quickly to the airport or to the subway station/downtown Boston. The hotel is right next to a busy junction so is noisy but this didn’t really affect us during our stay but may be a problem for light sleepers.

I stayed at this hotel for 26 days. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, there are also key reasons why I will not be returning. First, I want to commend the cafeteria and housekeeping staff—they were truly outstanding. Always polite, professional, and approachable, they made a meaningful difference in my experience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not show the same level of hospitality. Throughout my stay, they were consistently rude, unhelpful, and gave off the impression that assisting guests was a burden rather than their responsibility. Even at checkout, the lady at the front desk didn’t bother to say a simple “thank you for your stay.” For a long-term guest, this lack of basic courtesy was particularly disappointing. Secondly, I found it unreasonable that guests staying for an extended period are still required to pay $20 per night for parking. Over time, this adds up significantly and feels like an unnecessary and hidden charge. Despite the great service from some members of the staff, these issues made my overall experience fall short—and I will not be returning.

Close to Logan Airport

Stayed to be close to Logan Airport for morning flight. Parking service was great—left car there for 5 days at modest fee. Morning breakfast very good. Shuttle service to airport excellent.

I do not recommend this hotel. The front staff was not helpful at all. The bathroom towels were dirty and the front desk failed to help us with this matter. We had to look for one of the cleaning ladies ourselves. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Service Dog Company Training

To start they charge for parking and they don't say that until you check in. Sleeper sofa unsafe it tips when you are on it, and housekeeping didn't come in the whole 2 week stay. Breakfast was alright but cold every morning and coffee was always running out. Restaurant was advertised but didn't exist and no bar. Keycards didn't always work on elevator. Pet area wasn't established and had dog crap all over the property, and cleaning up wasn't enforced also there was broken glass all around the property. Finally it was confusing with room charges because if extended stay like 2 weeks they charge you first week upfront at check-in but don't tell you . Return trips are very questionable especially considering i sent message to hotel about special needs accommodations they never received them so check-in was one room and had to be changed next day to another room to accommodate disabilities and number of clients and service dogs.
