The property pictures are extremely deceptive. The room was filthy and the air conditioner vents had mold and blow out air that smelled like smoke. The walls are thin and I heard noises all not long. People hung out in front of the property while staring guests as they walk into the hotel. Very scary and unsettling. Never again!

Salem Trip

Great priced hotel for our Salem weekend trip. About 20 minutes from Salem itself. Great location overall with a walmart next door and plenty of restaurant options within 5 minutes. Not the cleaned place i’ve stayed, had some bugs in our room as well as an old soap bar sitting on top of the shower rim from previous guests. Room came with fridge, stove top, microwave, etc. Staff was helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for a short busy weekend.

Rundown room

My stay was not great. The room seemed clean enough but very rundown - the upholstery on the desk chair was mostly peeled off, the chair near the bed was covered with a poorly fitted cover that looked to be meant for a much larger chair and was also in rough condition. The towels were dingy and worn but again, they seemed clean. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The "blanket" was the thickness of a sheet.

When we arrived they said they didn’t have a room for us. Then the lady at the counter asked if I was done when I was stressed that after a long travel I am being told that the room I paid for and rented is no longer available. But then she manages to find us a room… Tv had no service that was annoying

Last and only stay there

There was no tv, no ice trays for ice, no dial tone for phone use and we received a knock on the door early in the morning bcuz the front desk person didn’t know we were staying in the room. Candice was very professional and apologetic for the bad service we received.

The receptionist was not friendly at all. Not one time did she smile or make eye contact with us. There was quite a bit of noise throughout the whole night andThere was no water for guest, except for the one that you have to pay for. The breakfast was not good either. I will not be using this hotel again.

Our experience started bad and ended horribly. Should have known it would be dirty when we walked up and there was dog poop all over the walkway. Front desk was not friendly at all. Made it up to our room which was FILTHY. Wet dirty towels , horrendous smell, creepy hairs on the bad and a dirty chair filled with crumbs. We instantly booked a room across the street and went downstairs to check out. Waited about twenty minutes to talk to the front desk person who did not seem to care at all. She was completely unapologetic about the state of our room , not offering to try and make it right at all. We asked about how to get our money back and she was very cavalier informing us to call and say we didn't stay there. After we checked into our other hotel we tried to call three times and no one answered .

It was absolutely disgusting. The floors were sticky. The outside of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The air conditioner was caked with dirt. The room smelled like cigarettes, and a dog was barking across the hall all night. The blankets and sheets were paper thin. The bed felt like lumpy concrete. I would sleep in my car before I'd stay here again. Not to mention they charged my card for $200 when i paid for the trip online and now have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. Worst Extended Stay I have ever stayed at. Manager was very dismissive about the issues we raised. Stay here at your own peril.
Didn't feel like risking sitting on the couch in our "Deluxe" room.
At least the seat looked clean.
Cleaning is difficult to do.
