This little independent hotel is charming. They are still doing some remodeling, but our room was done well. The room is large with a couch in front of a decent sized TV ( bring a Roku or Fire-stick though cause the cable was a little spotty). The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a bathtub and shower. The sink is separate near the mini fridge at one end. This is nice to be able to brush teeth, blow dry hair, or do makeup while someone else is in the shower or toilet. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is a little desk. OWNER: I do suggest a small lamp for the desk. The overhead lights are too much if people are sleeping, but others are still up. The outdoor hot tub was working by the second night. Basic breakfast with waffle machine, cereal, yogurt, and boiled eggs was good enough for us! The communal kitchen is unique and allowed us to cook a frozen pizza and save $.speaking of money, the price was righ! Staying here helps make someone’s dream come alive! No shareholders. Local. Note it is not right “ downtown “ Boulder. You will have to drive like 10 minutes. However I like that it’s in a quiet neighborhood and not 10 feet from a highway. Bottom line: very nice for a budget boutique hotel.

What a great hotel! It's kind of tucked away in a residential neighborhood, but still convenient to Boulder by car. The room was great, and I especially appreciated the super comfortable bed and pillows! Lots of nice amenities like the hot tub, the hydration station, and the included breakfast with lots of options. There was even a separate kitchen upstairs, which would be excellent for long-term stays. The people were really friendly and helpful, too. I'd absolutely stay here again!

The room was beautiful but there was never anyone at the front desk. The property is quiet suburban. Overall, it was a nice place.

We picked this motel for the use of a hot tub, its affordable price, and proximity to Boulder. We were pleasantly surprised to find a delightful walking path outside the door that takes you to a couple of lakes and a brewery. It made for a great evening stroll and morning sunrise walk. The motel was what I'd expect for the price - clean, and nothing fancy. I'd stay again.

The room was very spacious which gave us a place to store our bikes while we were out and about. The staff was very friendly and suggested an app for us to use to see the different bike trails in the area. Both the common areas and room were clean and well maintained. It’s set back in a quiet neighborhood right a long a nice walking path. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Boulder again
