We had a wonderful room facing the courtyard. The room was super clean and the shower water pressure was awesome! I loved being able to sip coffee on our little balcony. Staff was super nice. Would stay again!

The hotel is doable and not in bad condition by any means. it is a little far from central boulder. also, the double rooms are two full size beds instead of queens — i was in a rush to book so i didn’t notice but it was pretty uncomfortable to share a bed of that size with another adult. The heater also kept flipping on randomly making the room extremely hot. you probably could find a better hotel for the price
