Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) and two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a toilet with a washbasin. Outside: 32 m² terrace on stilts, 140 m² private lawned garden. Detached house, certified Tourism and Disability, on a 1.5-hectare property where the owners also reside. Parking space under the covered courtyard adjoining the cottage. Enclosed bicycle shelter under the shed and dedicated maintenance area. For your horses: stables are available: two 16 m² boxes each with rubber paving and a 1-hectare paddock. A pétanque court, Breton palets, boules, swings, bicycles, and scooters are available. Cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional cost (contact the owner). Escape and come and settle down in Argoat, south of Guingamp, a small town full of character (19 km).
