Beaucoup d’élĂ©ments trĂšs positifs : - agencement de l’appartement et son niveau de fournitures (sĂšche-chaussures fantastique !) - vue magnifique - accessibilitĂ© de l’appartement (2 Ă©tages au dessus du rez de chaussĂ©e) permet de s’affranchir des ascenseurs aux heures de pointe ou en cas de panne. - parking dans la rĂ©sidence - proximitĂ© du domaine skiable (10 minutes du chalet ESF / 5 minutes du Transarc sans effort) - proximitĂ© des commerces. - grande rĂ©activitĂ© des hĂŽtes Ă  toute question. Semaine aux Arcs pendant les vacances scolaires

Excellent appartement, trĂšs trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs bien conçu, parfait pour 6 (2 adultes, 4 ados). Super domaine skiable, temps d'attente trĂšs raisonnable (max 20min) malgrĂ© la trĂšs haute saison. TrĂšs bons contacts avec la propriĂ©taire en amont de notre venue. Seul bĂ©mol, il manque un plan de la station prĂ©cisant le lieu de la rĂ©sidence et l'accĂšs au parking (difficile de nuit de se retrouver lorsque l'on ne connait pas la station). De mĂȘme, il faut impĂ©rativement un plan montrant oĂč se situe la boĂźte pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs en cas d'arrivĂ©e tardive. Nous avons bien eu un appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique mais la description (premiĂšre boutique Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'ESF) ne permet pas de se retrouver : la boĂźte est Ă  50m de l'ESF, mais pas au mĂȘme niveau (10m plus bas), donc nous cherchions au mauvais endroit. Heureusement, nous avons bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© de la bienveillance d'une restauratrice pour nous guider car aprĂšs 30 min Ă  errer nous n'avions pas trouvĂ©. Cela n'altĂšre la qualitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour. Je recommande fortement.

Great appartment on a terrific spot

This is a very nice appartment two minutes on foot from Transarc ski lift in Les Arcs, bakeries, supermarket etc. It has everything you need for your holiday. Our only griefs are that we spent a lot of time figuring out where to park the car, where to get the keys and where to put the ski's, it felt a bit like an escape room. Some good maps would help a lot. Arrival procedure at Arc 1800 main gate (the village is one large paid parking terrain but you'll get a private parking spot for free with this appartment) was different than communicated so that caused some inconvenience as well. We were put off a bit by the fact that the host made us pay a few hundred euro's for leaving a stain on the X year old stove, I think that's a bit wild.

Parfaitement conforme Ă  l'annonce. Cet appartement est parfait pour un sĂ©jour entre amis ou en famille. PlutĂŽt bien agencĂ©. un excellent choix Ă  Arc 1800

Appartement confortable, chaleureux, bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©, Ă  la propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, avec une vue magique sur la vallĂ©e et les montagnes (levers et couchers de soleil inoubliables). Les Ă©changes avec la propriĂ©taire Ă©taient trĂšs agrĂ©ables, la situation Ă  deux pas des pistes et des commerces est idĂ©ale (attention, quand mĂȘme quelques escaliers Ă  monter pour accĂ©der au Transarc, pas toujours facile pour les plus jeunes, les plus ĂągĂ©s ou les PMR). Grand local Ă  skis au RDC de la rĂ©sidence, un vrai plus que tous les immeubles du secteur n'ont pas. RĂ©sidence bien tenue. Un excellent choix sur Arc 1800.

Un appartement conforme Ă  la description, rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© en parfait Ă©tat. Suffisamment de couverts et ustensiles pour cuisiner. 150/200 m des pistes, mais qui n'ont jamais posĂ© probleme aux enfant (6 et 9 ans) avec les Ă©quipements. Bien situĂ© avec 3 dĂ©parts de remontĂ©e et base de rassemblement ESF. Les commerces sont trĂšs proches sans ĂȘtre gĂȘnants.
