I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Avoid this property.
Firstly let me point out this review is NOT a general review of this establishment but specifically the listing of this individual apartment advertised by Mont Blanc booking.
For those persons who are not aware Arcs 1950 is a village of 5 or 6 apartment blocks. I believe some, if not all, of these apartments are privately owned but a high percentage are managed by Pierre et Vacances who seem to have the long term leases and provide reception services etc.
My rental was private with the above mentioned company and was awful.
Communication with the booking agents was minimalistic and disjointed. The listing on this website states that bed linen and towels are NOT included with the rental but can be requested. As we were flying from the UK I requested this service on 3 occasions, firstly in November, then again in January and finally a couple of weeks before arrival. Nothing was provided - we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses with no sheets or pillowcases. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival and the toilets were in a disgusting state. One off the shower heads was completely missing!!
There were no cleaning products provided and we were very lucky that the previous clients had left us a third of a toilet roll as we arrived after the local supermarket had closed.
We received entry details only 2-3 hours before arrival and no information on how to access the ski locker.
