This is a cosy 1-bedroom cottage in Bourgnac. It has a bubble bath and offers a view of the Montréal Castle in the Perigord. It is great for small families.

The cottage is situated amidst the hills of La Vallée de la Crempse, in the very heart of the oldest forests in the Perigord. The estate is in an ideal location for exploring a variety of wine trails, such as the ones in Bergerac and Bordeaux. Anyone seeking some physical activity will find excellent hiking, cycling and mountain biking in the area. There's a water sports facility 5 km away. There's a restaurant 1km from the home and a supermarket 6km away.

De wandelpaden in de buurt waren een bonus. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het bubbelbad gedeeld wordt, maar dat was toch wel fijn.

L'accueil à l'arrivée était parfait! Des hôtes présents pour expliquer et donner des informations sur les visites à faire dans les environs. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien, les hôtes ont été adorables. L'hébergement et l'environnement: La cadre est magnifique et calme et la localisation est parfaite pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Toutefois la propreté du logement laisse à désirer.

Het was moeilijk te vinden, gelukkig spreek ik de Franse taal. Het huisje was eenvoudig en helaas niet zo goed schoongemaakt. Dat was een tegenvaller. de eigenaar was heel vriendelijk. Hij kwam wijn brengen en hij heeft ook alle bezienswaardigheden goed aan ons uitgelegd. Dit vonden wij erg positief! De omgeving was puur natuur de natuur kon zijn gang gaan, plaats genoeg! Wij werden ook verwelkomd door 2 ezels en 2 honden. Erg leuk! Het huisje heb ik zelf nog wat schoongemaakt en alle keukengerei afgewassen en toen was het helemaal naar onze zin! Prima voor 2 personen. De stilte die wij genoten tijdens ons verblijf was heerlijk! Wat een zalige nachtrust elke avond!

Het huisje was moeilijk te vinden, het ligt in de middle of nowhere, maar wel in een bosrijke omgeving. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, een bijzonder aardige man, die vloeiend Engels spreekt. De foto's in de Belvilla brochure zijn voordelig genomen. Het huisje geeft volgens ons accommodatie aan niet meer dan 2 personen. Het heeft alle voorzieningen, maar is niet altijd spic en span. Het ligt tussen Périqueux en Bergerac en ligt uitstekend voor tochten in de Dordogne.

Zoek je rust, dan kunnen we het huisje zeker aanbevelen. Het is er stil, en je ziet enkel konijnen, eekhorentjes, en vele soorten vogels. De hond van de eigenaar (een dalmatier) komt je steeds begroeten en kan je gids zijn door het bos. Boodschappen en restaurant liggen wel op min. 3 km afstand. Met enige organisatie is dit niet onoverkomelijk. Wij waren er met 2 personen wat voor ons een maximum was. De ontvangst was hartelijk en ook tijdens het verblijf kan je de eigenaar aanspreken. Van hem kan je ook uitleg krijgen i.v.m wijnproducenten. Een vliegenraam (voorzetraam) zou wel toelaten om met open raam te slapen. Ook zouden meer wijnglazen geen overbodige luxe zijn. De toiletvergruizer maakt regelmatig een storend geluid, ook tijdens de nacht. Voor wie zonder super de luxe kan leven een aanrader. Je hebt wat je hebben moet. De prijs - kwaliteit is ok.

We werden, na even zoeken, alles hartelijkst ontvangen door de huiseigenaar. Met veel informatie van de omgeving, goede tips voor uitstapjes en zelfs nadat de eigenaar gehoord had dat we wilden fietsen met een prachtige fietsroutegids. Ook tijdens ons verblijf werden we regelmatig door de huiseigenaar verrast, op heerlijke vruchten, druiven, pruimen en zelfs een keer een heerlijk gemaakte pruimencompote. Het huisje was voor ons perfect geen overbodige luxe, maar alles wat je nodig hebt. En vooral rust, en geluiden buiten die je in de buitenlucht wilt horen, krekels en de uil (deze hadden we al heel lang niet meer gehoord). Kortom we gaan graag nog eens terug. Fam. Verhulst

Nous avons passé un bon voyage en famille ici ! La vue sur le Château de Montréal est magnifique et l'espace extérieur était génial pour notre chien, La seule chose était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais cela n'a pas ruiné notre plaisir, Je reviendrais, c'est sûr !
