Newly refurbished large holiday house in excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Sleeps up to 10 guests, featuring a comfortable living room and a bright modern kitchen diner with patio doors leading to the lovely garden and bbq area. Perfect for families and friends. 🌈
The space
The house is bright and airy with a sunny garden perfect for day/evening chilling and BBQs. It features 4 large double bedrooms, all equipped with clothes hanging/storage units.
The cosy living room is a great place to unwind, with two sofas (each adjustable into a bed), a 50” TV, and smart streaming box. All mod-cons are available in the stylish kitchen and an extendable dining table accommodates the whole family/group at meal times. All 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) are sparkling clean with high pressure rainfall showers, and a bath in the main family bathroom.
Feel welcomed upon arrival with a large drive for off street parking and enter the house via our porch area where we ask that guests take off and leave their shoes before entering our new clean home.
We take pride in keeping the house clean and safe for you, to ensure you can have a comfortable stay.

We offer bathroom towels, complimentary soap and toilet paper etc for the number of guests staying.

We include dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.

There is a Nespresso Coffee maker with capsules as well as tea, sugar, a kettle, toaster and microwave. We also include a breakfast welcome package with some bread, butter, jam, milk and cereal.

Cleanliness is paramount for us, we make sure that the house is clean when given to you and we also provide you with the following for you to maintain a clean germ free house hold;
* Disposable paper towels
* Disposable gloves
* Multi-surface cleaner
* Disinfectant wipes or spray
* Antibacterial hand sanitizer
* Extra hand soap

For those who are working from home there are lap top friendly areas in the kitchen, dining and living area.

We can also provide cots and a high chair upon request for £15 per child, please request by message upon confirmation.

I am afraid we don't allow pets.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house during their stay.

Please note check in is at 4pm and check out is strictly at 10am.

If you require a later check out or earlier check in you can make a request and if we have availability I will always do my best to accomodate.
