These suites are accessed exclusively by exterior stairs from the rooftop terrace.
Note the levels are not connected to the interior of the main penthouse apartment, providing an ideal setup for extended family or friends seeking additional privacy. Two bedrooms on rooftop terrace must be accessed by exterior stairs.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Penthouse Pacheco, which includes both the main penthouse on the 4th floor and the two private guest suites on the 5th-floor rooftop terrace. This ensures complete privacy and enjoyment of all amenities and spaces.

One of our hosts will meet you when you check-in and provide you with the keys and brief tour of the property. They will be nearby if you need anything during your stay but otherwise will respect your privacy.

Please take note of the following important details for your stay:

Penthouse Pacheco is located on the 4th floor and is a walk-up; there is no elevator available.

The two separate private guest suites on the rooftop terrace (5th floor) are accessed only by exterior stairs from the terrace. They are not connected to the interior of the main penthouse apartment, offering distinct privacy.
