Very accommodating. We booked last minute due to the Queensland floods and needed emergency accommodation for the night due to road closures, we booked 2 nights just incase then couldnt make it back to Bowen due to road closures, however the property manager/owner was very understanding and allowed us to cancel the 2nd night without any charge. Which we really did appreciate due to the unique situation. Very clean and tidy which great cooking facilities. Thank you.

Close to beach and park. In need of an update. Bins were extremely smelly. Our fully paid Studio room was given away to “walk in” couple moments before our arrival. Very expensive, absolutely no value for the money.

Hi Sarina, thanks for the feedback. Sorry that the unit you booked was taken. We do have trouble on public holidays with receiving online bookings in a timely fashion and I usually recommend to our guests to book directly. We clean a few but don't have access to cleaners so we didn't have many units available and some are definitely dated and are in the process of being renovated.

Fully self-contained with everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was lovely to walk along in the morning. We were only passing through quickly, but this was a great place to stop and rest.

Amenities were adequate for our needs. Unit was quite comfortable and tidy. Straight across the road from the park and beach. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that my vehicle is 2.2m high and so I could not park in reserved spot.

The lady who managers the hotel is lovely and always a pleasure to talk to. Nice room and quite but the bed is so hard and uncomfortable, also that itchy blanket is Definitely a downer.

Hi Betty, I've let the owners know that you found the bed hard. They are considering mattress toppers. The blanket is wool and yes it is a bit scratchy. Sorry that detracted from your stay and thanks for the feedback

We had a great stay, perfect location for the beach and the park. The unit was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely! We'll be back next time we holiday in Bowen! Thank you!!
