The room smelled awful, it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke we had to leave the door cracked (we double checked it was nonsmoking). The door didn’t seem to fit the door frame and had almost an inch of light around it, very concerning. We could hear everything outside and the people stomping around on the second floor. We had no soap but body wash in place of it. The breakfast was very very limited, no nondairy options. It says pet friendly but they actually aren’t, save your money and go someplace else.

Clean but lacks in other areas

When I arrived-a young girl checked me in-and it wasn’t her job. Someone else had gone to get dinner and left her in charge. She spent most of the time admiring my gold credit card than actually checking me in-and then put me in a port room and I didnt have a pet. Luckily the regular girl came back and took over The room was clean except the tub did not drain properly and backed up while showering The breakfast was advertised as “hot continental “ -not even close They had cooked agh whites-not even the whole egg, cold biscuits and cold sausage. They had been placed in a warmer but there was nothing warm about it. We had to heat in the microwave. Also…no waffle maker. all hotels these days have a waffle maker. They had eggos but if you didn’t get there early, they were all gone. And once the food was all gone…it wasn’t replenished tip the next morning. And eggos…they weren’t frozen anymore so they slouched all down in the toaster. Not cool Very few other selections. If 2 hotels are the same price and they bother offered free breakfast…don’t pick this one. I never saw the front desk person come check breakfast area and we stayed 3 days!!!

Second time I've stayed at this Baymont. It's clean and the facility is what one would expect or the price. I will likely stay there again when I'm in that area.

The room smelled horrible. The floor by the door was soaked. The room was freezing when we got in. There were holes in the wall and the peepholes on the door were covered with tissue paper.

Good, economical Place to stay

Spent two nights at Baymont Cave City. Check in was quick, staff was friendly and the price was very good. Room was clean and bigger than similar competitors. My only complaint is that there was a large gap under the room door which let in the January sub 20 degree air flow freely in. I stuffed a duffel bag against the door in order to keep the room warm. A friend had a similar room and his door fit tight.

The staff have been amazing the last two times I've stayed. The night staff guy on Sunday is very sweet and made sure i had everything i needed. The rooms are very clean and beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. I will continue to use them for this trip. Thank you too the staff.
