The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and good. Lots of different options. However, the cleanliness was questionable. While the rooms and overall building appeared clean and upkept upon first arrival, we discovered dried toothpaste in our sink. The toilet had dried pee and feces on it when the toilet seat was lifted. And we smashed a roach crawling across the wall as well as saw one crawling across the bathroom floor. Also, we continuously had to take our room keys to the front desk to be reactivated do to them randomly not working when trying to enter our room on serveral occasions. They did provide a pack and play for our infant to sleep in, which we very much appreciated. Overall, this hotel was convenient for our needs, however I doubt we would stay again.

Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned; tub needs to be replaced. It’s obvious that there have been updates to the interior, but in our room, three walls had three different colors and none of them were the same color as in the bathroom. It’s as if they didn’t quite finish the updates in the room.

When I arrived the room smelled awful. I told the cleaning personal and they went into the room and said they couldn’t smell anything because they had been sick. She offered to spray Febreeze. So we went about the day, and when we returned the room did smell a little better. The next morning we woke up early to get to a soccer tournament when I found a roach crawling on the floor. I told the front desk and they just said sorry about that. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore!

The room smelled of dirty carpet. The smell was so bad it was hard for me to sleep and breathe. Also, there was supposed to be a jetted tub but there was not, instead it was just a regular small tub. The one and only elevator was extremely slow and the ice machine was nasty. I do not recommend!

The staff was nice. The toilet seat was broken and they don't have a maintenance person. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to find parts, and my husband put it together. The breakfast was great. The only suggestion was to bring the tea bags into the breakfast room instead of leaving it out in the lobby. Very good especially for the price!
