From the furniture & fun “man cave” themed decor, the cleanliness, amenities, space and the overall layout of the house. It was just excellent. Communication with the owner was effortless and efficient and I would stay again, if I am ever in Bowling Green again!

nice place to stay for a small group going to an event at beachbend.

This is an older property with updates. The house was very clean. There was a small change to the listing that did effect our group, but the owner was very responsive and took care of it for us.

Overall great property. Horseshoe driveway is nice, but will need a truck to get over the hump at one end. Road can be busy during peak times. Great shower pressure. Tile ledge at back of tub could be dangerous if you fall. Of course any fall can be dangerous. More hooks in bathroom and bedrooms would be nice. Maybe a night stand next to the beds. Website shows bunkbeds in one room there is not so one person slept on the couch. A charcoal grill would be nice too. Overall we would highly recommend.

Quaint little house, perfect for several travelers.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was easy to communicate with. Only downfall is one bathroom, so it was challenging for 3 people to get ready. Also the bed in one of the bedrooms made an awful sound when you sit on it and move around on it. I think it was the box springs. Nice touch of leaving snacks for guests and having shampoo etc available in the shower. We would stay again!
