The breakfast area was clean and was stocked. Pool was clean and taken care of as well.
HOWEVER, the night clerk was rude every night we were there! We apparently inconvenienced him by asking questions, couldn't be bothered to get off his personal phone to even greet us. Was even having an arguement while he was half laying on the couch across from the front desk. We were there for 3 nights and could not get a maid to come to our room. All I really wanted was the trash taken and new towels for my family. When I spoke with housekeeping in the hall, I said excuse me, she immediately said, no habla english and kept walking. I actually speak enough spanish to get through the conversation, but she walked past me without any hesitation. I was very disappointed with the staff there and their lack of friendliness. I guess if you don't anticipate needing anything during your stay, then this might be the place for you. We have family that just moved to the area and will be visiting regularly and will be looking for a different place to stay.
