Stained sheet

Motel had stained sheets and was not so clean. Dead bolt did not work. Microwave plate did not rotate. I'm glad that I had a sheet in my car to use. We didn't complain to the front desk since we were too weary from the drive. The stain was very obvious and should never have been put on the bed. I did tell the front desk when we checked out.

Hotel is outdated and had bed bugs in the room. Had to ask them to strip the beds towels outdated. Pillows flat. All stuff is outdated and old

Doesn't not acknowledge service dogs and will char

My associates and I ( total of 3) and 2 certified service dogs were were traveling for a horse show. The person checking us in had very broken English. During check in I told him we had 2 service dogs. He told me 1st dog free and had to pay pet fee for 2nd service dog. I presented him dogs credentials and was informed that it did not matter, I had to pay the pet fee. I presented the ADA card and was informed that the hotel didn't not honor the ADA about service dogs. The room was run down. The AC leaked in floor. There was the appearance of mold around the lights. And appearance of water runs down wall. Bathroom room and linens were clean. And location was good.

We reserved the 'superior king' room. Not sure what was supposed to be 'superior' about it. It reminded me of a motel 6 or super 8 room. Wifi worked ok for our phones. Tv didnt work with the screening services on remote. Or anything else for that matter. We were unable to access anything on the tv. At the lobby, in 1 anteroom, there were boxes & supplies thrown in there. The breakfast that was included seemwd to be cereal or hot rolls that had to be microwaved. Thank goodness there was a chik fil a next door. The man at the front desk hardly spoke. The shower was great, tho!
