Highway Robbery at the Red Roof!

Two stars because at least the roof didn't leak. Seriously, though, for the price we paid at this place, I expected MUCH more. This place is charging premium prices for what amounts to a very basic, borderline run-down room. The amenities are sparse: think thin towels, questionable cleanliness, and a continental breakfast that consisted mainly of sugary cereals and stale pastries. Honestly, the room itself felt dated and overpriced. The furniture was worn, the paint was peeling in places, and the overall atmosphere was just… disappointing. I've stayed in cheaper motels that offered a better experience. Unless you're absolutely desperate and every other hotel in the area is booked, I'd seriously consider driving a little further and finding a better value for your money. The Red Roof Inn & Suites Cave City is simply not worth the price they're charging.

We stayed for one night on our way down to Pensacola. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The experience would have been amazing but the room never did quite heat up and the temperature outside was about 10 degrees so I froze the entire night I was cold and it just wouldn't the room would just was just not good and warm

The property and the people are always very friendly and helpful. I was there for the Cave City Gun and Knife Show . The weather was coming in, which caused me to check out a day early and return home—it had nothing to do with the property or the people. I will be back in Feb for the next show.

Excellent (as usual) I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

I stay at this hotel whenever I drive from Atlanta to Chicago to visit family. Sam and Jay are the two persons I deal with and they are wonderful! The room is very nice, comfortable, clean with an updated sophisticated vibe. The outside looks a bit run down but the rooms are great! I’m a single female and feel very safe. Last time I stayed Jay helped me take my luggage in! I thoroughly enjoy my short stays and the wonderful hospitality of Sam and Jay.
