Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a LOT. So I know hotels. This one was simply perfect. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed with a smiling face and someone that likely knows who you are based on arrival time. The room was insanely clean and large.

We stayed in room 106. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, the toilet was sort of unstable/shaky, there's a small piece of metal sticking out of the wood in the door frame near the toilet that someone could get hurt on, there's not enough parking spaces (had to park in neighboring lot), and the walls must be very thin because you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway including housekeeping starting around 8 am. Not a very pleasant place to stay.

As I told Sync -Water damage in multiple places on exterior wall -Musty smell, covered by air freshener, likely due to water damage -bugs active in room -Loud neighbors and kids -shower pan cracked, patched poorly and stained. Over our the facility seems to not have been very well maintained sense my last stay. I likely won’t stay here again and likely would not recommend this hotel

I didn't quite know what to expect when we arrived at the Sync, but the room and amenities exceeded any expectations I might have had. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel, and any request(s) we made were quickly handled. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Bowling Green!

The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. He even helped with our bags as a courtesy and showed us the features of the hotel and our room. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.
